1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

In line with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, simply contact us within that period at info@straincleanse.shop.

2. Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a refund, products should be returned unused, unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed food supplements that have been opened cannot be returned unless they are defective.

3. How to return

Contact us at info@straincleanse.shop with your order details. We will provide return instructions and the return address. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund covers the price you paid for the returned product. Because payment is made on delivery, refunds are arranged directly with you using an agreed method.

5. Defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us promptly. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
